Becoming a mom changed me.

It was an initiation that evolved my soul.

I learned to love in a way I didn’t know was possible.

Thank God I didn’t follow the crowd. I followed what I thought was best.

The best advice I ever got was from my grandmother. She told me that if I ever say no to my kids and they ask why, to never tell them, “because I said so.” She said to explain why I said no so they would understand. Being in your body is so important.

Your body is your compass in this lifetime.

Your body is always guiding you through sensations, nudges, knowings and feelings but if your not in your body, you can’t receive the messages.

You can’t fully hear, feel, or trust your guidance when you are not grounded.

This is something that comes up in readings all the time. People are not fully in their bodies.

So many of us have had uncomfortable experiences (in this life and other lives) where we didn’t feel safe so we learned to escape by not being in the body.

When you aren’t grounded into your body, your can’t be present.

This year was such a transformation.

The old me died, and I am reemerging more aligned with the person I was always meant to be.

I truly am a totally different person.

I did so much healing, which shifted my whole life. Everything rearranged itself based on my new frequency.

I learned to truly honor myself on a level that I never have before.

People showed me who they truly are.

I blocked family members.

I cut off one-sided connections.

I let friendships fade.

I didn’t feel bad about saying no.

I didn’t feel the need to explain myself.

I didn’t feel the need to help people who aren’t willing to help themselves.

I don’t have time for things that don’t bring me peace.

Not everyone deserves access to your energy.

This was a big transformational year.

It didn’t come with fireworks or instant clarity but with endings.

This year was about closing a cycle.

Releasing identities, patterns, relationships, beliefs, and timelines that no longer matched who you’re becoming.

It was about cleaning house on a soul level!

And yes, that probably looked really messy.

It’s uncomfortable to let go of what’s familiar.

It can feel like things are falling apart when they’re actually falling into place.

But this kind of clearing creates space.

Space for alignment.

Space for truth.

Space for the next chapter to land with more ease, clarity, and integrity.

Life feels a little weird lately.

There are a lot of people feeling this, so if this is you, you are not alone.

You’re shedding lots of old layers that no longer align with the upgraded version of you.

This year is a 9 year, which means we’re being stripped of all the things that can’t come with us.
